The most promising innovations in faith community life are already happening.
Congregations across the country are doing the hard, beautiful work of radically inclusive love. Far too often they are doing it in isolation.
Innovations Leadership builds the common ground where that work can find itself: a shared space where ideas travel, where leaders are resourced and connected, and where the hard-won wisdom of one community becomes the starting point for another.
We serve clergy, lay leaders, and community leaders working from a Christian mission, at every stage of life, from young leaders to elders.
